Claude Code now flags important details users might miss

Claude Code is starting to flag important details in its own output instead of leaving users to catch everything themselves. Anthropic’s built-in “You Should Know” plugin scans responses and surfaces information users might miss during a coding session. It runs through Claude Code’s plugin system, where custom functions can operate inside the coding agent like middleware, and it can be enabled with /plugin enable cc-plugin-you-should-know@builtin.
