Petrobras uses Cardano to track sustainable fuel claims on-chain

Petrobras is testing Cardano outside financial assets, using it to track lower-carbon fuel claims. The pilot covers sustainable aviation fuel and Diesel R, Petrobras’s renewable diesel product, with two applications recording fuel provenance, environmental claims, and emissions data on-chain. The work comes from an ongoing R&D collaboration with the Cardano Foundation, with expansion tied to industrial supply-chain and emissions tracking.
