Minimal exoharness let agent add Discord WhatsApp and self modify itself

A barebones local “exoharness” is doing almost all the work while the agent handles the rest. In one setup around the Cursor SDK, the harness only covered bindings, auth, config, observability, durable state, and sandboxes, and the agent still added Discord support, browser use, WhatsApp integration, and even modified its own environment.

The new twist is that the same minimal harness isn’t tied to Cursor at all. It can run other agents like Codex too. The pitch flips the usual stack: instead of heavy, bespoke infra, a thin runtime layer plus a capable model is enough to build integrations and workflows on the fly.
