AI expansion is running into a supply wall: available computing capacity is reportedly sold out through the end of 2028, and possibly longer. Ben Horowitz said Amazon CEO Andy Jassy gave him that timeline, pointing to shortages of GPUs, data-center space, and power rather than weak demand. That is the opposite of the dot-com bust, when excess internet capacity was the problem.
