Rerun 0.32 OSS server streams datasets directly from disk

Rerun’s open-source stack just moved beyond visualization into handling full data pipelines. Version 0.32 adds disk streaming to its OSS server and a dataset review UI for inspecting training and physical-world data, framing it as a base layer from ingestion through training. In a release demo, the server ingested 10 samples each from egoexo-forge datasets Assembly101, HOCap, HOT3D-Aria, Ego-Dex, and Aria-Gen2 before scaling.
