Zcash cofounder sticks with $5,000 ZEC target for 2026
ZEC’s move into the $1,500-$1,600 range has put a much bigger price target back in play. Reaching $5,000 by the end of 2026 would require the privacy-focused cryptocurrency to more than triple from those cited levels.
Zcash cofounder Eli Ben-Sasson said he remains on track for the $5,000 target, which was recirculated on September 24 as ZEC rallied and renewed interest in privacy coins brought the forecast back into focus.
