Cloudflare Workers Workflows drops 1 MiB step limit with ReadableStream

Workers is turning into a full app platform, not just edge compute, and the latest change shows it at the primitive level. Workflows steps can now return ReadableStream, removing the old 1 MiB cap and letting steps pass through large outputs like R2 reads. At the same time, logs can flow into Pipelines via Logpush and land in R2 as Iceberg or Parquet, tightening Cloudflare's zero‑egress data loop.
