US Commerce Department gets early look unreleased AI from Google, Microsoft, xAI
The US government is now seeing some frontier AI models before anyone else. Google, Microsoft, and xAI agreed to give the Commerce Department early access to unreleased systems so officials can test capabilities and security risks ahead of launch.
