Manifold Bio’s mBER-2 tests millions of protein designs inside living systems

Manifold Bio’s mBER-2 system measures millions of protein designs directly in living systems, rather than stopping at computer-generated candidates. The goal is to test whether designs reach specific tissues and behave as intended, including through unexplored receptors used as drug-delivery routes. Manifold Bio says it has spent six years building the measurement technology, turning in-vivo results into data for predicting molecular behavior before patient testing.
