KRAS pancreatic race tilting from survival to tolerability tradeoffs
Early KRAS pancreatic data is starting to split on tolerability, not just survival, and VS-7375 is getting flagged as the cleaner drug so far. The comparison zeroes in on GI and skin toxicity versus Revolution's zoldonrasib and daraxonrasib regimens, with the catch that these are cross-trial reads and not like-for-like populations.
Revolution still owns the hard endpoint: daraxonrasib showed 13.2 months median overall survival vs 6.7 for chemo in phase 3. Against that, VS-7375's angle is durability through tolerability, backed by a 58% ORR and 100% disease control rate in a 600 mg second-line pancreatic subgroup, even with 2L+ patients who were sicker on average.

X commentary comparing Verastem's VS-7375 with Revolution's zoldonrasib and daraxonrasib framed VS-7375 as potentially more tolerable, while emphasizing immature and cross-trial data limitations.
