LlamaParse MCP server packs full document pipeline into one endpoint
One MCP endpoint now handles the entire document pipeline instead of stitching tools together. The rebuilt LlamaParse server exposes four operations in one place: parse files into markdown, classify them against custom categories, split long docs into labeled sections, and ingest files via URL or a browser flow.
The interesting part is the plumbing around MCP’s gaps. It adds WorkOS OAuth to match LlamaIndex’s identity system, a tokenized URL upload path because MCP has no native file uploads, plus rate limiting and observability with Vercel and Axiom. That shifts LlamaParse from a standalone parser into something agents can treat like a full document workflow backend.
