Letterboxd draws $300 million-plus bids from A24, Sony and NYT

Letterboxd has become a reported $300 million-plus acquisition target, with bidding expected to start above that mark. The film social app’s roughly 30 million users give buyers more than a niche movie-review community: they also get a large audience and a deep stream of film-community data.

Reports name A24, Sony Pictures Entertainment and The New York Times Company among the interested suitors. The expected valuation is above $300 million.
