Codex review loop keeps fixing code until no issues remain
A Codex workflow now keeps reviewing and fixing code until no issues are left instead of stopping after one pass. The setup runs /review, applies the fixes, then loops again with a simple stop condition: it only exits when the review finds nothing.
A developer who shared it framed this as cleanup automation, not full autonomy. It handles code-level mistakes but doesn’t touch system architecture, so higher-level design still needs a human.
