Zoldonrasib hits 52% response in KRAS G12D NSCLC phase 1
KRAS is shifting from a single hot drug story into a platform play, and the new data leans into that. The latest AACR update keeps the clinical signal intact while adding a second angle aimed at resistance.
In previously treated KRAS G12D NSCLC, zoldonrasib posted a 52% objective response rate in a selected Phase 1 cohort, with tolerable safety at the recommended Phase 2 dose. That keeps momentum behind the tricomplex approach already getting attention in pancreatic cancer with daraxonrasib.
At the same time, RM-055 showed up as a different mechanism entirely: a mutant-targeted catalytic RAS(ON) inhibitor. Preclinical work showed deep, durable antitumor activity in pancreatic models, positioned as a way to get around resistance rather than just improve on the first wave.
