Attention is a social platform that lets you see the world through someone else's eyes. Every user has a Sight — a living, AI-curated view of the people and ideas they pay attention to. You can explore your own Sight or browse others' to discover what the people you care about are actually paying attention to.

2. Accounts

To use Attention, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.

Account creation may require an invite code. We reserve the right to limit access to the service at our discretion.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• •Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• •Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the service beyond normal use

4. Connected Accounts

Attention allows you to connect third-party accounts (such as X and YouTube). By connecting these accounts, you authorize us to access data from those platforms as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of any third-party platform you connect.

5. Intellectual Property

The Attention service, including its design, code, and AI-generated briefings, is the property of Thalamus Technologies Inc. You retain ownership of any content you create or provide to the service.

Briefings generated by Attention are derived from third-party content and AI processing. We do not claim ownership of the underlying source content. Your briefings are generated for your personal use.

6. Availability

We strive to keep Attention available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thalamus Technologies Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may delete your data after account termination in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
