White House still blocks CNN reporters from Air Force One despite court order

A federal judge ordered the White House to restore access for CNN, POLITICO and MS NOW after President Donald Trump barred the outlets over alleged false reporting. The order changed the policy on paper, but it did not stop officials from blocking reporters from specific assignments.

CNN reporters were still turned away from Air Force One, and at least one pool assignment was given to conservative outlet Real America’s Voice. The fight had already pushed ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox News to suspend White House pool coverage, leaving one Trump event without an audible press feed.
